Für das volle aufpumpen des Balls muss man mind. 3 Tage einplanen, da man den Ball nur etappenweise aufpumpen darf. Wir haben es mit einem Kompressor gemacht und es funktionierte sehr gut. Nach ca 3 Monaten hat er wieder etwas Luft verloren und muss dann wieder nachgefüllt werden.Ich habe ihn während meiner Schwangerschaft gekauft, um ein wenig Gymnastik zu machen. Der Ball hat mir etwas geholfen die Rückenschmerzen zu lindern. Habe mich für den sicheren Ball (mit ABS) entschieden, dann können die Kinder später damit noch weiterspielen.
