Came quick and in water resistant wrapping.Edit: after buying this for the horses, we started getting them for the goats also, they seem to love it. We have to keep turning it or they will lick a hole straight through to the rope. These seem to last longer than the old salt licks we were getting from tractor supply. The length of the rope is actually tucked inside the hole, so you have to pull it out of the hole in order to use it. I can see how some wouldn't notice that because it does seem rather tight around the block, but you can pull it out and use it to hang the block. This is the largest block I've gotten from online orders and it's been about a month now and it's held up well to my Percheron cross loving on it daily!
