We had to reassemble some of the pre-assembled parts because they were not assembled properly and holes didn't line up for bolts to go through. Also one of the T-knobs didn't have an actual nut on the inside and was therefore unusable. Had to go to home depot and find a nut in that size. Honestly for the price I expected better. Since I can fold it down I never take it off my car unless I absolutely have too. I do agree with the other reviewer that assembly was a bit difficult because some holes were not lined up but I was able to get it together, so no biggy. If I could say one thing I wish it had is to sets of tie-down guides if that whats they are called.
