I bought this pack hoping the rouge would do it. Well, I didn't use a machine, I did it all by hand and after a lot of trial and error and a lot of work, I found a combination of the black stick and the white stick did it. I alternated between the two, cleaning lightly with Brasso in between applications to remove the wax, until I got what I wanted. Once I knew what I was doing I was away and although it was laborious finding out, it is achievable by hand. They're good value and they are what they say they are, I guess I'm just new at all of this. Yes it’s messy, but what kind of jobs like this aren’t!But I was very impressed with the results. Tried it on several 1980’s coins before shining up a ring.
