**Q: Why does the product contain sodium borate?**
A: My Chinese roommate told me that most TCM herbs are contaminated with all kinds of things, including lead and mercury. If you know anything about how corrupt China is and how badly the government and merchants alike treat their citizens/customers, you'll understand. Just go to YT and watch videos on exploding watermelons, plastic rice and more food tampering. Those poor people! TCM was fine perhaps 50 years ago. I wouldn't touch it today. Too risky! HTH.

**Q: How many uses per vial?**
A: Probably 10-20 uses. I do not need to use much of it, a little goes a long way.

**Q: What’s the expiration date on these?**
A: I did not see expire date  on package. My concern of this item is that it is not tamper proof. 
The package I received was old and torn, and 2 vials in it were even loose and appeared been opened.
When I contacted the seller, he insisted that it was original and brand new.

**Q: Is this used to refill the puffer bottle? If so, how do you refill it?**
A: Pull the white part out of the puffer bottle (over a sink because some will come out an be a bit messy), then with the refill pointed up, match the opening to the empty bottle opening and then rotate until it empties, or if it sticks a bit with the vial now pointing down tap the puffer bottle bottom on the counter and everything will slide into it.
