I store it upside down which is easy to do due to the shape of the bottle, and when I use it I simply unscrew the cap and squeeze some into my hand. It's very easy to do this way and I don't have to cut the bottle open or anything, which I was afraid I'd have to do. It's hard to find dandruff conditioners, especially ones that comply with Curly Girl Method like this one does, so I'm very grateful for it and have always thought derma e makes great products. I love it and hate it in equal measure, but the flaws are cosmetic; the actual conditioner is awesome, made my curls pop and kept my frizz down, only product I needed. So good I can almost overlook the rest of it. Will look for something better... Will still probably come back to this yet again. The bottle is too hard to squeeze anything out without near maximum effort and you will struggle to get anything out without mixing it with water once you get down to the last 3rd, the click cap comes off the bottle if it drops, and the tea tree smell is... something, almost chemical the way it mixes with everything else even if the product is mostly natural, nourishing, and antistatic.
