My naturopath recommended this hand cream. It is very pricey for the 1.7 ounce tube but (and I can't believe I am saying this because I am a real penny-pincher) it is worth the price! You don't need but a small pearl-size on each hand. A tube lasts me about 6 weeks, using it at bedtime only. My hands are now silky and soft (and much younger-looking), even after washing them. And, yes, I still wash dishes by hand! The scent is very pleasant and not overwhelmingly strong.
