## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have quite large hands, would this fit as i cant see a sizing**
A: I think that it would fit most hand sizes

**Q: The strap is not fitting as in the picture?**
A: Mine does fit roughly as shown, but the picture on the product looks like a right handed splint on a left hand or a similar product.  Mine works fine but the upper fixing goes onto velcro at the base of the left thumb.  There is no facility to send a picture or I would do so.

**Q: Do they fit both hands**
A: Yes.

**Q: Can I use this for my left hand**
A: Yes you can, however, this pink version is for a very small hand.  I have size 6.5 - 7 glove and it only just fits me.  There are three velcro fastenings, one on the thumb that does not work after a few wearings,  I have had to sew it in place, the middle one fixes to the  main body of the glove that's OK for my hand size, but the lower wrist Velcro is so strong that it is hard to undo with one hand.  I wouldn't recommend this version when there are many more to choose from.

I have arthritis in both thumbs, one worse than the other. I bought one of these thumb braces quite a few years ago, and it has worked so well, I just bought another for the other hand.The brace is excellent quality, has adjustable velcro straps for the wrist, hand and thumb so you can adjust as needed. The thing I like most is that the brace doesn’t sit too high up in the palm, leaving your fingers completely free for typing, chopping or any other activities. Other braces I’ve tried sit too high and leave fingers restricted, so this was a big plus for me.The brace also comes with a nice booklet about hand and thumb exercises, arthritis care etc. Very thoughtful and a nice touch. This is excellent value for money and comfortable too!

Excellent.I broke my 4th finger so needed a splint. This worked really well. A little difficult to adjust to the perfect tightness, a second person would help with this.Easy to clean, once the size is correct, it's easy to slip on and off.I would say I have average length hands for a woman, slightly slim fingers. It was at the limit for length on my fourth finger, it would be too long and wide for my little finger.

The only downside to this support is that it's slightly uncomfortable underneath where the strap threads through over the wrist. The plastic digs in the bone of my wrist and becomes very sore after a few hours use.I have managed to fix the problem by sliding a small piece of sponge under the strap to stop it rubbing. Now I have done this, it is the best thumb support I've bought... and I have many!Much better than the ones that just cover the thumb with a strap round the wrist.Very effective when it comes to pain relief. It immobilises the thumb and also protects it.The support adjusted well to fit my hand and it is very well made.Comes with a very informative booklet which was useful.Price is fair for how good it is. All in all a great effective support for thumb pain.
