But for me it did not then work. The vendor then told me to call Beninca. Which was not helpful because they only officially talk to trade customers. However the guy on the switchboard was helpful enough to tell me to do as follows: Hold down both keys, the led will flash in groups of 3, then when it goes solid, let go. Do the same again and it will flash in groups of 4, let go when it goes solid.
