Not an artificial smell like another reviewer commented. This is a very delicious, natural beeswax smell. Produces a lot of light when lit. No smoke. Clean burning. It’s a delight to have on my desk. The only draw back is trying to uncoil the candle to get it in the clamp. The clamp is very tight. It was a little difficult, but nothing I couldn’t handle. And the biggest issue was the beeswax was not at a room temperature (it was cold) so when I uncoiled it, it broke. You can see in the photo. But even with it broke, it will still burn.
