It totally failed at that: the camera shows up as "DEMO1" on the PC, but won't produce any video, which makes me think that it has firmware that was never designed for consumer use. It has a manual that's short and mostly useless, and the camera has a habit of freezing up which forced me to turn the power off and back on in a number of occasions--once I even had to remove the battery because the power button wouldn't even respond!I tried to contact support, but they only give you a QR code to scan and don't actually print their support info anywhere. The QR code leads to a third-party site which says that the code is no longer valid, so no way to contact their support team.Even as a video camera, the picture quality isn't very good. I didn't expect much from this camera for its price, but even then it still managed to disappoint me. Even within the realm of "cheap cameras from Chinese companies you've never heard of" there are better options than this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smile on Your Komery CamCorder *by K***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2020* Wow!
