The packaging was mangled. Bumper inside had no damage. Everything needed to install was there. Bumper is pretty solid. It is not an extreme off road bumper but if you are looking to add clearance and nice steps to get up into bed of truck this will work great for you! Factory tow plug snapped in perfect and bumper aligned and fit nice. I did have to add a license plate light $7.99 from Orielly's. Overall took about 2hrs to install and wite by myself.. Pretty happy with it.
