Instead, we would recommend Always Maxi pads for heavy bleeding. Your Always Team **Q: can these be worn under jeans and not be seen as bulky please** A: I wouldn’t consider these as bulky at all, I bought them for my mother who constantly wears trousers, you can’t tell that she is wearing them. **Q: How many in a packet** A: The Always Discreet Boutique Underwear Incontinence Pants has 9 in a pack. Your Always Team **Q: I am size 8, what size do I need?** A: I buy these for mum she has a 27” waist, they are soft and elasticated so fit to the body and don’t fall down. I buy the plus which gives extra security as mum doesn’t always make the loo in time. Great value on Amazon much cheaper than the supermarket. ## Frequently Bought Together - PIKAQIU Incontinence Protector Plus Size, Medium, Black, 1 Pair, For Sensitive Bladder, Urine Protection - Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence & Postpartum Bladder Leak Underwear for Women, Disposable, Maximum, Medium, Blush, 30 Count, Packaging May Vary - Amazon Basics Women's Protective Underwear, Incontinence & Postpartum, Maximum Absorbency, Medium, Lavender, 20 Count, (1 Pack of 20) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/185107077-always-discreet-boutique-incontinence-pants-women-medium-plus-9-high](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/185107077-always-discreet-boutique-incontinence-pants-women-medium-plus-9-high) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
