My experience can save you hours of your time. *by A***R on February 16, 2020* If you are configuring this machine, make sure you use the internet connection instead of the phone connect at least for the initial setup. The reason is that when you do the initial setup, the machine will need to download software updates. It is very easy to have errors during the download process and the verification process. Either way, as long as there is one single error in any part of the process, you will have to start from square one. For me, the phone download takes an incredible 40+ minutes every single time. However, when I tried the internet connection based on the advice of First Data technical support, it took less than 20 to complete the whole download, verification, installation and a couple of test runs. I wish I started with the internet connection and never wasted the hours frustrated on the download process through the phone. Do use an internet connection.
