Review: Great tumbler, especially when outside - and great customer service - I was excited to receive this ceramic tumbler as I was looking for a specifically ceramic made tumbler for my coffee as I didn’t like the taste of the stainless steel in the tumblers I had. I was also looking for one that was a little bigger as I love to drink my coffee throughout the day, so I was pretty excited to find this product. When my product was delivered, I was very pleased with the size and color. (I ordered the Overcast Grey) The problem with this initial one was it had the older lid, and it actually looked like it had been used and returned. I contacted them and they were very quick to send me a replacement and updated lid. But this updated item came chipped. I contacted them again, and they were very quick to apologize and send me the correct lid and new tumbler. I was very pleased with their customer service and willing to make it right no matter what. After using this tumbler, I am very pleased and it was worth waiting to get an undamaged, unused item with the correct lid. The new updated lid slides back and does a really good job of keeping liquids in. Although it’s not 100% spill proof, it was good enough that I wasn’t concerned with coffee spilling everywhere. If you turn it upside down for a period it will leak, but for general use, there is no issue. I also loved the feel of the ceramic. It is very smooth, and since it is ceramic it is a bit heavier than stainless steel, though I didn’t think too heavy. (I could hold it in one hand) This is going to be thicker and heavier simply because it is ceramic. I thought it did a great job of keeping my coffee warm for a reasonable period, and it did not affect the taste. Overall, a great ceramic tumbler and a great size. I really like the lid, and their customer service is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a ceramic tumbler!

It’s heavy and sturdy, feels good to warm my hands on a cold day. Double wall design is great for maintaining temperature. The glaze is attractive, I bought the green one first, then got the blue one. The mug arrived in nice protective foam packaging, both shipments were flawless. I use the mugs at home, I haven’t traveled in a car with them so I haven’t used the cap, but the cap design is very clever. There’s a removable silicone gasket for serious cleaning, and it fits snugly. High quality product, I recommend.

**Q: Is this made in China?**
A: Yes, “Made in China”. Like baby toys from China, they are also lead free… until they are not. Good luck!

**Q: Has anyone found a sleeve to fit this?  It gets quite hot to hold.**
A: Are you filling your drink up passed the inner rim line at the top? If so, the heat will transfer to the outer wall of the mug, making it feel a little hot to hold. Always make sure you don’t fill it past that line, and it shouldn’t get too hot to hold. ❤️

**Q: Is this mug cadium free as well?**
A: yes it is. No heavy metals. No lead, no cadmium. ❤️

**Q: It is double insulated - does that mean there are two layers of ceramic?**
A: Yes.  Two layers.  The cup is heavy, which for me is a plus because I wanted a cup that would not easily topple over on my desk.  I love it & rated it 5 stars despite the leaky plastic lid.  But if you're looking for a lightweight double-walled cup look to the LIFVER Ceramic Tea Infuser cup also sold here on Amazon.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mixed thoughts

Pros: Nice aesthetic, easy to clean, some people (my daughter) prefer more heft in their mugs Cons: Slightly large for some cup holders, not as snug a top as the Starbucks Ceramic Travel mugs, some people (myself) prefer slimmer and lighter mugs. The silicon flap on the lid is a bit thick where the liquid meet the mouth. It is similar to the Starbucks ceramic mugs - the lid is not leak proof, and if you rock it much in the car, it will splash out. It holds as much as the Starbucks ceramic mugs - but it is almost twice as heavy. It is larger. It it a snug it in some cup holders. The silicon flap is just slightly large in the mouthpiece. It seems to interfere with the flow of the liquid too much. Almost like you have to lap it out like a frog catching his fly. Coupled with the size, it wasn't the right fit for me. I purchased the Starbucks ceramic mug and have preferred that to this. But, I bought 3 of these in different colors, and my daughter loves this one. These are more colorful and have more variety than the Starbucks cups, so if you are into larger mugs with more design and plan to use this around the house, it probably will work for you. The color design is actually excellent. And it is sturdy and well made. So, I give it 4-stars only because its not ideal for me, but others I see enjoy it.
