The holes are all where they should be, the bolts, washers, and nuts are all appropriate. The design of my Jeep Wrangler made installation a little more tricky, but that is not the fault of the Hitch design.The hitch fits securely over the rear frame and the bolts all lined up well. However the space between the bumper and frame is pretty narrow for my big fingers. I did not even consider removing the bumper as some have suggested. However, there were a couple of tips from other reviews that really helped.You have to slide in the bolt with a washer from the front. This means you work around the muffler DON'T TRY IT WITH A HOT MUFFLER.Placing the washer on the threaded end of the bolt was really difficult with my fingers, but very simple when I grabbed the washer with needle nose pliers. Similarly, half of the nuts wound up in the bumper when I used fingers. Instead, I used a slip joint (water-pump) plier to hold the nut against the threads and turned the bolt with a socket. After that, no issuesIn addition to the specified 19 mm wrench and 18mm socket specified I would have a needle nose plier, slip joint plier and last but not least, a flexible or telescoping magnet to retrieve the washers and nuts you will drop into the bumper.When hooking up the wiring, I was briefly stymied trying to pass the harness down from the taillight. Almost no room for your fingers, other than that simple as it gets.
