I had to get the online booklet on Amazon which was only $7 but should have come with it. The one that came with it was in Russian. I have been using it for some time and does seem to help. I have respiratory issues and so any help is good. My doctor tells me that is fine but I still need the medication to support my issue. It is constructed well and easy to use.
