The weights are easy to use and great for someone who is looking for a lighter weight work out at home. The cushioned long bar makes for a comfortable work out and the smaller barbell bars were perfect grip wise! The weights are easy to put on the bars and the screw to tighten them was easy to use and would be gear for someone who struggles with the fiddly ones and this was much much easier to screw on and take off. My only criticism is that the box it arrived in wasn’t very strong and struggled to hold the 20kg it was boxing so it started to rip when I was carrying it. There also could have been less plastic used in the packaging as there were many many plastic bags inside that aren’t recyclable and realistically didn’t need to be in the box, It was a bit wasteful! I purchased these for £30.00, and have also seen then sold for £40.00 - I think they have been amazing value for money and have kept me active during quarantine.
