I wear size 11 (US) Palladium boots, and typically 11.5 (US) running shoes. They fit great and they are super comfortable all day whether I walk on pavement or hike rugged terrain. My favorites have been a pair with split-grain leather uppers. They are super soft and quiet and perfect for stalking birds to get close for photos. The full grain leather uppers are comfortable and supportive when broken in, but they don't breathe as well as other materials and they make my feet feel somewhat clammy during cool weather. My socks tend to get damp with the full-grain uppers when I wear them all day without changing socks.
