**Q: does the wood get moldy?**
A: It is not made of wood and does not get moldy.  It is a fantastic tool for cleaning glasses.

**Q: Will replacement heads be available again?**
A: I have been waiting a couple of months for the replacement heads to be available again.  Love the product.  Can't imagine that they sell a product that has a replaceable head, and then stop selling the replacement head!

What I received isn't what I ordered. It looks like a replacement for the one I have and what I thought I'd get. Mine is shorter and has a more rounded brush. The one I received is fine as it's a gift for my sister. I think I bought mine at a Target several years ago but ordered the replacement heads from Amazon a while back. I have a couple replacement heads for mine so I'm good, but I don't see that you sell them anymore on Amazon or on your site. My sister will be pleased with this purchase.

I had no idea what a nightmare it would be to find a product to clean the bottom of my thermoses until I went looking for them! I was seriously about to give up when I found this mentioned on an unrelated page. I checked into it. It has some negative reviews but I figured that was par for the course with any product. It was also a little pricey for me but it seemed this was exactly what I needed so I splurged. And .... it's great! We'll see how long it lasts structurally but for now, no oogies in my thermoses is AWESOME!!!
