Review: Great Product, Thick and Easy to Apply - I decided to try the Ames rubberized coating to recoat my metal awning roof which was a dark brown with this bright white coating to help repel the sunlight. The ease of applying it was great, it is vey thick and dried with great durability with no leakage at the bolt holes, it sealed all of them up.
Review: Its thick. I need a 2nd can for 2nd coat - Cleaned then masked off the sides of a 6x12 utility trailer. Went around the edge and gooped it on with a paint brush. Used the rest to coat the top of the trailer. Had just enough for one coat and need to get another gallon for a 2nd coat. Shipping is great. Comes in a well protected box and the lid is fully secured. Guessing have had spills in the past and been corrected. Good product, and good shipping method

**Q: Will this work sealing my rubber roof on my house?**
A: Yes it work great on my rubber roof and only one thick coat it took.

**Q: Will this work on a tin roof?**
A: use AMES super primer on the roof 1st ,, prep the roof, remove all loose debris and coat it with super primer, after it is dry to the touch(dries slightly tacky)  then apply max stretch .water clean up,, oh , and watch the forecast
no rain for 24 hours and best temp is 55 to 70

**Q: will this work in waterproofing my new wood floor in my boat**
A: I would suggest "Ames Safe-T-Deck" since it is skid-resistant. First prime the surface with "Ames Super Primer" and then top coat with two coats of Ames Safe-T-Deck.

**Q: Can I apply this on top of a fibered aluminum coated RV roof ? I just want to seal some seams**
A: If it is a metal roof, yes.  If it is coated with an aluminum fiber coating, you can but you'll need to apply a coat of Ames Blue Max first.
