### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great diet cookies

Key word- diet. These don’t taste like Mrs. Fields just Fyi. The chocolate chip cookies are a little better than the oatmeal. You are supposed to eat 1 cookie every 2-3 hours and have a dinner with lean meat and vegetables. However, it says you can divide that meal into a small lunch and dinner so that is exactly what i did the entire 2 weeks. The cookies are a bit dry but it forced me to drink a ton of water with them, which is good. You are also essentially doing a mild sugar detox, so just know that if you are addicted to fruit and sugar like I was, the first days You may experience some sugar withdrawl headaches. But in 2 weeks, I lost 7 lbs.
