The stainless steel vs the aluminum is immediately noticeable- smell and taste. Very happy, husband is able to make himself a big ol cup of coffee in the morning and fill up most of his cup with just one go. Weve have it for a while now and there is staining/ slight wear from the finish on the butt of the pot but nothing out of the ordinary.
