Review: Clean, tastes great, plenty of health benefits. - So before I ordered it I read reviews, so I was warned of the potential issues, but decided to order anyway. As it came I transferred the milk into my own glass container. I saw no foreign matter of any kind - all simple dry milk crystals, white and clear. I made myself a cup using warm water, stirred it lightly, and it dissolved completely. It is pasteurized too. Each brand of dry camel milk (including this one) has a number of reviewers complaining to the awful taste of it, so I thought it is inevitable, and I was ready not to like it. Honestly, after trying it, I was not sure what they were talking about. It tastes like, well, dry milk, if you ever had any. Slightly different than cow’s milk, but not as distinct as goat milk. If it was in a dish you would never tell. Overall I enjoyed drinking it straight from the cup. I bought it for my toddler who is allergic to cow’s milk, and there is a chance she wouldn’t be to camel milk. We are very hopeful, but yet to try if it works for that purpose. Camel milk is rich in nutrients and calcium in particular.

A great alternative for anyone who can't do cow's or goat's milk. A bit salty, but easy to mask with a sweetener like stevia or honey. I use this to make my protein recovery smoothie. Loaded with minerals like zinc and calcium. The price is reasonable too.
