Review: A must for Japanese motorcycles, electronics, and users who like quality tools - Brand name hardware store and tool truck screwdrivers are caveman tools when compared to Vessel drivers. Apologies to all the motorcycles and consumer electronics I've owned that I worked on with non-JIS screwdrivers and sold with slightly destroyed screws. I liked them so much I tracked down the other style - gray handles have a through shaft so they can be hit with a hammer to break any corrosion stopping a screw from turning. Phillips head screws no longer have a degree or two of movement before contact is made, these fit like a glove. They have comfortable handles and the shaft knurling is not rough on bare hands and still rough enough to be used with gloves. I thought the semi-soft handles would collect grease and oil but they don't and they're nicer to grip than the hard plastic styles

**Q: are these JIS?**
A: Your statements are not correct.  Philips (PH) and JIS screw drivers are different.
Amazon sent me PH screw driver instead of the JIS that I orders and paid for.
The PH screwdriver strips out JIS heads.  There is an important difference and
your buyers need to be aware of the difference.  The JIS screw heads will have 
a small dot in them. Philips heads will not have this dot in them.

**Q: Are these black ends tips oxide? Are they magnetic? Is the molding engraved grey case included as the picture?**
A: Yes, The blade is black oxide coating, and those screwdriver blades are Magnetized. This Gray case is made of EVA foam with metallic hairline design hard top made of PE. And it's included in the No.9008EVA.

**Q: Does the Jawsfit tear up the screw heads?**
A: We cannot guarantee that JAWSFIT tip don't damage the screw head at all, but mostly the blade tip wear-down if it's used appropriately.

**Q: what are the dimensions of the foam?**
A: The packaging says it's 15.1"x7.8". I would conclude by that that the foam is probably 15"x7 3/4" since it fits securely in the box it comes in.

Title sums it up. I really don't need more screwdrivers, but I'm really glad I gave myself a birthday treat of a nice set of Vessel drivers. Until this I had one Vessel impact screwdriver for the occasional cross head screw not coming loose. Ended up using the #2 driver for most everything it was so nice. In hand, these have a good weight and balance. The handles are good sized, not too small and comfortable for big hands. Granted, they are just screwdrivers, but nice tools make like just a little bit easier. The case is nice too, fitting well in one of my bike tool chest drawers, which is where I keep them, leaving the old mix of screwdrivers out for quick access and lack of loss! My oldest will appreciate them when I croak, too.
