FRESH LIME JUICE !!! squeeze limes as many as possible. 8-10. measure juice as "one part", whatever it is. pour into larger container. Take triple sec, grand manneir (sp) and add an equal part to the lime juice. doubling the liquid. Then take tequila, the best you can get, and double the new contents (lime juice plus triple sec) with the tequila. this is now 2 parts tequila, one part triple sec, and one part lime juice. Make some simple sugar, melting sugar is water on stove. maybe 12-16 ounces, and a whole bunch of sugar. Pour liquor mixture over ice, sweeten with simple sugar to taste (I do this individually, some like tart, some like sweet. garnish with mint or salt. Party Down! You have to re-position and in some cases try to double the fruit up so that it squeezes all the juice out.2. It can squirt out the sides.
