It's a bit tricky to install since intercom wires are very small, but I followed the rather-clear instructions. Unfortunately I was not able to get it to work and only through numerous exchanges with Nuki support (I waited a week for tech support to answer the first time), they stated that due to my intercom's configuration, someone would have to take my flat intercom's receiver off-hook for the Nuki Opener to work, thus rendering the opener useless for its intended purpose to allow remote control. So at the end, they said it was "my intercom configuration's" fault for it not working.
