They do offer service, I would expect Amazon /Rigol to have 1 year warranty. **Q: From the pictures it appears that some of the on screen icons do not line up with the buttons, can anyone shed any light on this?** A: Hi I think it is the angle the picture is taken from. As the icons in your picture are the measurement functions, there are 6 buttons and 6 icons. This is brilliant. Just what it says on the box. I have had all sorts of information and disinformation on oscilloscopes not reaching there advertised capabilities.
