Review: Great containers-Great seal! Easy for these old fingers to get the lids on/off! - I've been purchasing 32 oz containers over the last 4 years from 3 different sources so far. I make & freeze soup so it's important to me that they're easy to use/easy to get the lids on & off with my arthritic hands/fingers. As I read the reviews left on the Seller's pages where I previously purchased my containers it seemed like they were all mentioning that the quality changed for the worse, that containers were cracking-lids were difficult to get to seal (as the ones I purchased last year were), etc. So I did some searching & came across these & purchased a set of forty 32oz containers. I couldn't be more pleased so I had to make a video of just how awesome these containers are, and how easy it is to get the lids on and off! They’re durable & sturdy & have a good thickness to them, yet pliable & hold up well in the dishwasher, the thickness of them is perfect ~ they're not super thin or cheaply made, and best of all the lids are super easy to get on and off. I tested them and they do seal perfectly. I'll be able to use these over & over as well as pack up soup & leftovers to send home with family during the holidays! I'll be returning to this Seller to get 16 ounce containers and all of my future purchases for containers will be made here. *****I definitely give these a five star rating and recommend purchasing from this Seller.

**Q: Are these suitable to make yogurt? Temps up to 185° including pasteurization or 120° up to 24 hours. Please, no “I don’t know,” responses.**
A: I never made yogurt. I use them to freeze/store home made soup, mostly, and the soup has usually cooled somewhat before being placed inside. However, I happen to know some of the recipients of my frozen soups reheat the soup in this container.

**Q: Are they pre sterilized? Or do you need to wash first?**
A: I never assume anything is "pre-sterilized". One should always wash any items to be used for food prior to use.

**Q: Can these be used over and over again or are they disposable?**
A: These containers can be used over and over again.  Wash them by hand as you would any other container or in your dishwasher.  They are great for left overs and can go into the freezer.

**Q: what do all the numbers mean on the lid and bottom of containers? i need to match lids with correct cups from different vendors. thanks!**
A: The lids fit all the sizes of these containers.  I suspect they are universal but I have only tried this line of containers, I bought them because the tops fit every size container so you don't have to search for the right top.  I don't know what the numbers are for, I've paid no attention to them and they work fine.
