This one from cookology exceeded our expectation. We all know that the best hoods are the celling one however this one does the job as good as ! Look great and work perfectly well and Easy to install done it myself! Review: Awful Customer Service and Product Broke within a year - This was a complete waste of money. Cookology tried to get out of refunding or replacing stating that the warranty starts from the day the order is placed. They put this, in writing, twice stating I was not entitled to a refund or replacement. However, when I said I would be going to Trading Standards they admitted the warranty starts from the delivery date. I had already told them this, but they had said I was wrong!!! They said the one I ordered was not available so offered a CHEAPER model!!! They also said that the new, cheaper one would have NO warranty. So basically, if it was faulty, I would not be entitled to a replacement! Nice little warmer if you want to get rid of faulty items! Also, I had to pay for people to fit it and they refused to pay for this so I am out of pocket. Do they care? No! Avoid this company at all costs. ## Features - The CDD90 is our most popular and best selling Cookology downdraft cooker hood, featuring a centre panel with touch controls for a Sleek, Cutting Edge Designer Downdraft Extractor. - It will only work with electric hobs and cannot be installed next to gas hobs.
