I am a residential real estate appraiser and this is perfect for carrying my ipad to inspections. No more trying to juggle my tape, Disto, and ipad. The ipad hangs around my neck, keeping my hands free. My disto case slides onto the strap so it's at my fingertips. Best purchase I have made in awhile. It is not often that I am compelled to write a review, but this case is worth it. My only complaint is that it did not come with instructions on how to get it apart to insert the ipad. It wasn't too difficult, but initially I was afraid I would break something by doing it the wrong way. Turns out that you just pull the rubbery pieces off and it comes apart easily and goes back together easily. I would not want to take the case on and off regularly as I initially thought I might switch it out for work and home use. I like the ZenRich case better than my other case, so I just remove the strap when I'm not working and I love it. I did not use the screen protector that came with it because I prefer the one I have which provides a paper like writing surface.
