This C wire adapter 24 Volt Transformer is powering it successfully without fail.I've had this powering my Nest Doorbell for several months now, and not one power hiccup has occurred. It was the exact length I needed, so I didn't have to add or remove anything, which was a huge bonus in ease of use. The one recommended by Nest was too short. Even though this cable is longer than what Nest recommends, the voltage drop is small enough that it doesn't interfere with the operation of the Nest doorbell, even at maximum distance. Nice!I definitely recommend this product if the recommended one is too short for your install. It has been solid for me during these last several months. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by K***S on July 11, 2020* Purchased this for my nest learning thermostat. I had two wires (red and white) from my oil burner that attaches to a thermostat. As a result you need additional power to charge the nest unit. Black wires plug into c and rc slot. White wire goes into w slot and the red wire stays unplugged. It's pretty easy to wire but getting the wire to the spit may be the only tuff part. This is my second 24v power supply because I shorted the first one. Some folks were saying you can also use a 24v transformer for doorbells at home depot or lowes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect transformer for nest hello and ring doorbell!!!!! *by L***S on December 13, 2019* Our home had no previous doorbell so I purchased this transformer to provide power for my new Ring doorbell. The product works as advertised with no issues. It has a very long cord so you don't have to have a plug in right by the door. Connect the two wires to your device, plug in the transformer and done.
