It’s definitely a blue.. (Jean blue) it’s beautiful! It has a nice stretch to it. I have bigger arms and always have to buy bigger size but not in this piece! I love it will buy more colors. I’m a size 16, bigger arms and fit the 2xl perfect! I then bought the lime green version and it was not the same fit as the blue! The lime green definitely ran smaller . This leads me to conclude that different color run different sizes. I compared it to the blue and the lime green was definitely cut smaller .
