The only complaint that I can even think to make is that it didn’t go quite as small around the waist as I had hoped it would. I bought this for my 3 year old for Christmas and can't wait to give it to her. I'm also excited that her 5 year old brother will be able to use it as well. I bought this after a friend got one for her daughter. The only issue is with the top closer which is placed much too low and means that the straps fall off of my daughter’s shoulders. This was the same for my friends same carrier as well so I think it’s a problem with the design but an easy fix nonetheless. I removed the closer and moved it up about 5 inches.
