I'm a Flight Attendant and taking my whey protein and pre-workout has always been an issue for me. I'm glad I ran into this product on Amazon. The larger containers can fit one serving of whey or a bit more if you want to fill the container full. I use the smaller containers for my pre-workout. The silicon funnel is great, you will have some leftover residue from your products because the whey can stick to it. To be honest it's not much though.
