Also, the outer casing had some scratches on it. But no leaks or anything from the product. Installation is quite simple to do. But if you are not very handy with wrenches and spanners or you just dont want the hassel to do it may be call a plumber for installation. Also i would have really appreciated if the price was bit lower as there is not much of a mechanism involved just a plastic casing with filter block and few mesh filters.
