However, they are well stitched, thick and stretch well with good resistance.Comes with sliding floor discs, mine didn't do so well on my carpet...but hey! I was buying the bands so free thing! Cool!I have used them in many of my workouts and have found uses for all 3 levels of resistance. Each band also had a tag saying its strength.
