So good and good for you! We have even given this mix it’s own shelf in the pantry. Mixes well, versatile for not just pancakes. Love the protein - love the taste. It’s the only mix we now buy.

This is my #1 recommendation for a breakfast food!!!! This is a better choice than other sweet breakfast foods. I “treat” myself to pancakes several times a week now. I can make them in less than 5 mins, including prep and clean up. One 1/4cup pancake (half a serving) is only 90 calories. They are DELISH! It feels like a splurge because they are the best tasting pancakes I’ve ever had, so they actually help me skip other junk food because I feel satisfied. My highest recommendation for tasty and nutritious!

A friend gifted me a personal size waffle maker. I haven't eaten them in years, but tried this waffle mix. Waffles are now on my menu at least once a week because of this mix. The whole wheat is SO much more flavorful. I add blueberries and/or cranberries to the batter, and WOW! This product is now a regular on my grocery list. Tasty!!EDITED TO ADD: this product has not been available for months. What gives? Please please bring it back. We are going into the colder months and we need wheat waffles at breakfast time. And sometimes aT dinner…
