It’s the best toastie machine we’ve ever had and a lot cheaper than the other brands. I’ve over filled on many occasion as my family are pigs, they’ll have double bacon double cheese and then a bit more of both and it will make the perfect toastie nevertheless. Sometimes a tiny bit of cheese leaks but it adds to the overall crispiness. I’ve had success with all kinds of bread, including experimentations with flatbreads, tortillas, bagels, freshly baked, frozen, brown bread... you name it! It’s really easy to clean even when you allow it to cool - which is unique to this model. Typically you have to wipe them hot but this machine is superior. **Q: What is the size of the hotplates, the answer "normal size bread" is useless.
