The lock malfunctioned, rendering all access methods useless - keys, RFID card, passcode, PIN, and even finger biometric authentication failed to unlock the door. I immediately contacted Lavana's customer support for assistance. Despite their prompt response, the technician dispatched to my location was unable to resolve the issue. To my disbelief, the technician suggested that the door would need to be demolished to gain entry. This proposed solution would lead to significant financial loss and structural damage to my property, which is unacceptable. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and reliability of Lavana's digital lock products. As a customer, I expect a high level of security and functionality from a digital lock, which unfortunately was not met in this case.
