However, with a bit of research a couple years ago I learned that my thick/coarse hair needed proper attention to retain moisture and grow healthy/reduce frizz. In comes Moroccanoil, and specifically the Moisture Repair line. I have used this stuff religiously since 2023, and my hair has never been more beautiful and healthy. It's the kind of quality you can see and feel, where the first pass doesn't produce suds because it is actually PULLING the oil and grime from your hair. The second pass gives you that lather to assure you the roots are getting a proper cleaning. For anyone with coarser hair who wants to see and feel a difference, give this stuff a try.
