In life we all have choices what to buy and who to buy from. Saying this, it was a absolute pleasure working with this company to arrange for our delivery. Everything was done in a most professional manor. Now for a non bias opinion for the quality of the furniture. I feel for the price paid this is very good quality. 1- After assembly the furniture feels solid and sits solid and is comfortable. 2- This set is truly adjustable to so many different ways you can lay this furniture out. This feature alone beats most competitors who sell furniture like this. 3- We purchased 4 end tables and ordering two more as we have each seat in an oval layout with everyone having their own table. This is another feature most competitors can't offer. 4- The true test of outdoor furniture is how one might care for the product. We purchased covers for every piece of this set to protect the wicker and the cushions from the Florida heat and weather. The only thing I feel needs improvement in the construction besides the 4 corner steel crossbars to support the seat from caving in, it also needs one to be put in the middle also for true support. The middle area of support only has a wicker weave that I feel "Might" give in in a very short time depending on ones weight. We also noticed that the back cushions seemed like the foam inside was cut a little short not giving a full foam feel for the back. But all and all for the money this is a very good buy but time will tell how it wears being protected with covers. Working with a company that cares about the consumer is also important when considering a purchase like this. I will post this review on all the items I have purchased.

Was looking for a new set to go around my fire pit and loved how this set was modular so I could create multiple configurations. Quality of the furniture seems good and sturdy. Only thing is it sits a bit low to the ground... but not a huge deal. I ordered 3 of these sets and unfortunately the last one came in damaged. Had to go thru Amazon to speak to a Sunsitt customer service rep but they were quick to respond. At first they didn't want to replace the last set and asked me to super glue the rattan, which for an item of this price I thought was unacceptable. However, after responding back that I was not okay with this solution, they did make right by me and replace the item quickly. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a patio furniture set at a reasonable price.

for the price, This is very nice set. I think they are not most durable set but it should last good under cover area. seats are comfortable. and overal I am very happy with the purchase. this is very beautiful set ( I didn't like the cushions and got my own cushions).

The quality is mediocre, but I will say their customer service was exceptional in handling our concerns.

I would give this a 0 if I could. The pads are super thin. And the wicker fell apart after one season. These were covered most of the time and rarely used. These are garbage, do not buy them. They are a waste of money and will not last long. And, the customer service is terrible.

We are very pleased with the SUNSITT sectionals. We bought two 2-section units. The pieces are well built, easy to put together, and look fantastic. We worried we might not use them much since we used to sit in the comfortable deck chairs, but we find ourselves gravitating to the patio and the sectionals. We are looking to buy the matching end table from the seller.

Purchased three 2 piece sets + 2 end tables to get the look I wanted. Works great around the existing fire pit. Easy to assemble and very sturdy and comfortable.

The furniture set looks nice from a distance. The back cushions are attached which prevents fly away cushions and slippage. However, this set appears to be made of plasticized paper, not wicker. I doubt it will hold up in the rain and sun. Time will tell. But for the price, I am very disappointed.
