Don't all peanuts have sugar?** A: Hey guys, Linda from Pic's Peanut Butter here. We do use the USA standard NIP which does break down carbs into net carbs and then includes the fiber and total sugar (which ours have no added sugar too) content. Net carbs per serving is 1% of daily values then once you add fiber and sugar, it comes in at 6% DV per serving. We annually test out NIP and so don't set back on our laurels of an old test result. However it separates with liquid at the top and super concentrated peanut butter at the bottom. Will need a sturdy spoon or knife you don't mind bending to mix up again. May need to add peanut oil to mix with concentrated mix if you've already eaten the top liquid layer.
