Very nice faucet
I really like this faucet. I had one similar to this that lasted more than 5 years, but finally the plastic threaded connector for the wand broke. This one was just as easy to install... all of the same snap-on hose connectors and mounting parts. This one has a better button to switch between spray and stream... it stays in either position whether you switch with water on or off. Very solid construction and very nice finish. I'm using this on a basement wash tub sink... it's perfect for a shop sink faucet.

Inexpensive Alternative to Moen
Now lets be clear, this is not a faucet made in the USA, that I can live with, but its a knock off of an older Moen faucet. Its easy to install, inexpensive, comes with deck plate that will cover over 3 holes quite easily. Available in 2 finishes, chrome & brushed nickel. Getting the faucet out took longer than fitting the new one. The box comes with all you need to complete the task, except some Teflon thread tape, you'll need to buy that separately. Give a fairly good amount of caulk on the underside of the deck plate, the excess should squeeze out as you tighten the faucet, you can then clean away excess caulk with damp cloth. Don't over-tighten it & all will be fine. Just remember its not Moen or any other expensive brand, so you have to adjust your thinking & install techniques accordingly. Faucet needs to be flushed immediately after being installed. Its operation is good, however when you shut it off it drips 3 - 6 times every time. For me i can live with that given the price point. It looks good works pretty well & was cost effective. If you're in the market for a faucet like this go ahead & buy it, follow the instructions & you won't be at all unhappy as long as long as you remember it's not a high end unit, but you could pass it off as one quite easily...

Very nice faucet, works well, but . . .
This is a very nice kitchen faucet, the second one that we purchased, but there is an issue with the attachment plug on the sprayer hose. The hot and cold water lines are easy to attach with standard threaded plumbing fittings. New steel braided lines are provided. The faucet/sprayer hose hookup is another issue altogether. First, the pipe from the body of the faucet to the attach point for the faucet/sprayer hose is too short. It should be at least 6-8 inches longer so that it is more accessible when working under the counter top. Second, the attachment fitting for the faucet/sprayer hose should be replaced with a standard threaded connection like the hot and cold water lines rather than the push-in plug. In the tight space under the counter top, it is very difficult to align the faucet/sprayer hose with the plastic receptacle and apply enough pressure to fully insert the line (which is necessary to prevent leaks). It is a cheesy connection that makes installation a difficult, time-consuming process. The rest of the installation process is straightforward but this last step Is a real chore!

it broke off!!
Forget the detailed review + edit I left before, I just can't recommend this faucet at all anymore. The sprayer head just broke off from the retractable cable! All that was holding it together was a thin-wall plastic tube! The rest of the faucet seems solid, lots of chunky metal giving it a good solid feel, but the sprayer head seems to only be attached internally to the hose by that thin plastic tube I mentioned. The spigot part is pretty big, not quite fist-sized but up there. I have a plastic watering can that I need to fill from the kitchen, and it barely gets into the space between handle and fill-hole on top. So I have to hold the can with 3 fingers, thumb on one side and 2 fingers on the opposing side. As it was filling, I was getting ready to take it off, it slipped, and the can (again, lightweight plastic, not metal nor ceramic or anything) landed on the sprayer and the next thing I know, I'm getting doused with water. I shut it off once I collect my wits and have a look. I thought maybe the sprayer popped out of its "socket" and sprayed me, still attached to the hose, but the sprayer snapped clean off and the hose was spraying me directly. A little spring and plastic "thumbtack" came flying out, and that's when I saw the irregular surface where this plastic tube snapped. So that was the only thing holding the sprayer head to the hose! I give up. It's like having a steel reinforced door with metal door-frame, only using Twizzlers as hinge-pins. If a simple plastic watering-can landing on the sprayer could snap it clean off, well, I just can't recommend it to anyone, sorry. So now I have to get a completely new faucet, for more $$$.

Amazing Customer Service
A faucet company should stand behind their product, no matter where in the world it is made. These folks do. I had a very small but important issue with a leaking coupling. The problem was caused my me, not by the manufacturer. I striped some plastic threads being too aggressive. I contacted the company in hopes to buy a new replacement part. THEY SENT ME A WHOLE NEW FAUCET. Fast too. No questions asked. This means that whatever happens, you will not be wasting your money. Highly recommended. Bonus: nice faucet too! Looks great and works great (after I installed everything correctly).

Great faucet for the price, easy to install
I purchased this faucet to replace one in my kitchen that was leaking, dripping, sprayer didnt work, and was starting to show signs of rusting/decomposition. The plumber mentioned that this new faucet was a breeze to install, build quality was pretty good, but the instructions were in broken english or misleading. Since he was a plumber, he was just able to complete the install without the directions. The water pressure is dependent on your lines, but this Faucet showed me that I didnt have weak water pressure in my kitchen, I just had a really poor quality and possibly verge on breaking old faucet. I recommend this, the stainless steel matches my sink and appliances, and the quality feels pretty decent given the cost. Would recommend if you are handy and know what you are doing, or have a plumber available.

Installation Issues. May be looking at an addition $15-20
Faucet is installed and seems to be ok for an inexpensive unit. Needed it for our laundry room to replace the original and wanted the sprayer and extension for bathing our pug. Here's the issues. Running the supply lines, faucet line, and faucet line connector through the black extended nut/connector was ridiculously tight and difficult. I can see a lot of people returning the unit unable to get this installed. Especially being on your back, in the cabinet trying to force the 4 pieces thru a hole that seems way too small. Took me 5-7 minutes of fidgeting and cramming these thru the connector opening. Really difficult. Secondly, the hot and cold supply lines are only 18" long. They should be a minimum of 24" for most sinks to adequately reach the shutoff valve with a little extra slack. Make sure 18" is long enough (see pics) or you'll be running up to Lowes to buy extension lines at around $17 Seems like a nice faucet for the price but beware the above installation issues
