There were just a few issues that didn't work for my personal set-up. The first one I received would not turn on, but Amazon promptly replaced it with working one. Easy to assemble and loved option to power with usb or wall plug. The spring arm system is NOT pretty to look at, but it functions very well when I need to move it frequently to look at different spots ... that part is excellent. Very little distortion with round lense ... easy to position it so I can see what I need to see. Problem areas that caused me to return it after a few weeks:. First, the light is not that bright and I really needed something brighter. (Did appreciate the choice of color and adjustable dimming ... great for wide variety of tasks at all times of day or night). Second, control switch is on the power cord which made it awkward to reach. Third, the clamp mount was okay, but not the best choice for my set-up ... decided a freestanding floor lamp style would work better for me.
