When I contacted them about the issue they told me that they don't sell replacement parts and that I would have to buy an entirely new grille for their own product's defect. Upon contacting them about the issue the customer service gave me a terrible attitude with sarcasm and remarks that shouldn't be made to a customer. If I were to give this product zero stars I would because the product didn't last and the customer service was terrible and their customer service account Kameron needs to learn how to write an email. I feel bad that the seller has to see this because he did his job perfectly.
