The photo did not say it was a 100 watt panel but I work with them a lot in the ham radio community so was able to easily spot it as being a 100 watt panel - you should be good to go. Most everybody has to drill at least 4 mounting holes to secure it to the support arms. Use a center punch, drill a small pilot hole then a bigger hole to match your machine screw size. My guess is #12 should be about right - I have the smaller size unit and #10s were what I used on that unit. My set up has a Genasun IP67 rated controller on the back side of the panel - makes a great neat/compact arrangement (I installed it there).
