Title and looks are deceptive, but you can easily see that only the first 4x slot is hooked up to anything on the card.Overall I like the card, but I had t -1 star since IMO the drive is on the wrong side. Having it face down in my case put the drive out of the best air flow, whereas if it would have been on top of the card it would have better air flow.The other thing is it means the full weight of my heavy heat sink is pulling on the screw rather than sitting on the card. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars For storage only unless you have newer motherboard. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 25, 2021* Works great, very fast. Keep in mind you will not be able to boot or run OS from this drive unless your board already has m.2 slot. Good product. I use it in a 2009 Mac Pro flashed to the 2010 model to boot up with an NVME drive. It gets about 1,400 mbps in and out. That’s the limit of my PCIe slot, not this card.
