The cuff can be a little hard to for one person to adjust. I over came this by putting the cuff over my arm and adjusting it to the correct fit. Then I loosened it little bit. Then it is easy to one hand adjust after. It is a well made product and a good value for its price. Review: Worked great for me. Original strap was too tight and gave high readings - I don't have huge arms but big enough to original omron strap was really tight and gave erratic and high readings. This was plenty big and now my readings are what they usually are at the doctors offices. It has plenty to spare as for size too. Then it still fits everyone in the house as well.
