This gave me some trepidation as far as buying anymore hats from desertcart. However, this did not stop me from trying out the O'Neill hat. Since I do surf and own a couple of their wet suits, I have no problem with sporting their brand. I love the O'Neill logo. It is a raised, embroidered logo, not a patch or print. When I received the hat, I was happy to find that the top was not so high and flat. The top of it is nicely rounded. The face of the hat (where the logo is) goes straight up as opposed to hats with the swept-back/sloped face style. The hat was exactly what I was looking for. The material is of good quality. It is not flimsy. It is not poorly stitched. The bill is solid. I was also concerned with the flex fit design as I had never owned a hat of this kind; all the hats I have owned have been adjustable (snap-back, velcro, or slide). My head measures 22". I ordered the small/medium. Fits like a glove! I was so happy with the first one I ordered, that I ordered another, and then two more. Of the four I have bought, all of different colors, the quality and design are consistent. I mention this because too often, when ordering products in different colors/options, sometimes they just aren't identical in design or quality. I am EXTREMELY pleased with this hat.
